Welcome to Badhra Steel Works. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Services

Badhra Steel Works specializes in manufacturing custom parts for vintage and classic automobiles. Our products include but are not limited to body panels, engine components, interior parts, and restoration services.

All products are manufactured to order based on customer specifications. Due to the custom nature of our work, production times may vary. We will provide estimated completion dates, but these are not guaranteed and may be subject to change based on complexity, material availability, and workshop capacity.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our website estimator tool are approximate and subject to change based on detailed specifications. Final pricing will be confirmed after consultation with our team.

3.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are not confirmed until we have received a deposit payment and provided written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3.3 Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure is as follows:

• 50% advance payment (deposit) to begin work
• 30% after machining is completed
• Remaining balance before delivery or upon completion

For large projects, we may establish a custom payment schedule. All payments are non-refundable once production has begun, except as required by law.

3.4 Taxes and Duties

Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated. We ship worldwide using reputable carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when products are handed to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

5. Product Specifications and Fitment

While we strive for accuracy in all our products, custom automotive parts may require minor adjustments during installation. Our products are designed to be as close as possible to original specifications, but some fitting may be necessary due to variations in vintage vehicles.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate specifications and measurements. We are not responsible for fitment issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property and Tooling Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Badhra Steel Works and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Custom designs created for customers remain the intellectual property of Badhra Steel Works unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to use photographs of completed products for promotional purposes unless specifically requested not to.

6.1 Tooling Rights

Customers are granted tooling rights for a period of 2 years based on the agreement with Badhra Steel Works. This grants the customer exclusive access to the tooling created for their specific parts during this period.

6.2 Tooling Retention

Badhra Steel Works retains all tooling after production. For retention of tooling for longer durations without continuous orders, additional fees may apply. Extension options beyond the standard 2-year period can be discussed with our team on a case-by-case basis.

Customers wishing to extend their tooling rights or discuss special retention arrangements should contact our team at least 30 days before the expiration of their current tooling rights period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Badhra Steel Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with our products, services, or these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our products, services, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Badhra Steel Works, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our products, services, or website, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
